We ship orders throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Processing time may vary based on product type and demand.

STORE PICKUP — BOPIS ENABLED

Pickup is available at all three Ellicor Xpress retail locations:

• Austin Store: 6929 Airport Blvd, STE 175, Austin TX 78752

• Mason Store: 569 S Mason Rd, Katy TX 77450

• Blalock Store: 1005 Blalock Rd, Houston, TX 77055

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive email notification.

RETURNS IN STORE — BORIS ENABLED

Customers may return eligible products directly at the same store locations listed above.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Ellicor Xpress is not responsible for packages marked delivered but missing. Please contact the carrier first, then contact us for support if needed.
