RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — ELLICOR XPRESS

We want you to love what you purchase from Ellicor Xpress. If you need assistance, please review this policy below.

RUGS RETURNS — U.S. ONLY

Rugs may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may also be completed in person at our stores (see list below).

DOG CHEWS POLICY (e.g. Sherpa Paws)

  • Final Sale if opened due to safety, handling and FDA compliance.

  • Unopened product may be returned within 14 days under standard rules.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email us at hello@ellicorxpress.com with order number, reason, and whether returning by mail or store drop-off.

IN-STORE RETURNS (BORIS Eligible)

Returns may be brought physically to any of these Ellicor Xpress locations:

  • Austin Store: 6929 Airport Blvd, STE 175, Austin TX 78752

  • Mason Store: 569 S Mason Rd, Katy TX 77450

  • Blalock Store: 1005 Blalock Rd, Houston, TX 77055

REFUNDS

Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Replacement or refund will be arranged.
